Dear All, I wanted to understand the usual attrition rate in a start-up company with a strength of 250+ employees. Also, I am interested in knowing what is considered a good rate of attrition. I would like to discuss more on factors for attrition like:

Reason for Exit

Experience Bracket

Looking forward to a response. Thank you.

There is no such thing as the "usual attrition rate." The term attrition refers to a gradual but deliberate reduction in staff numbers that occurs as employees retire or resign and are not replaced. It is commonly used to describe downsizing in a firm's employee pool.
