Annual Fixed Compensation / 365 * Number of pro-rated EL days to be encashed?
My Annual Fixed Compensation is 11,13,000 per annum, and the number of earned leaves remaining is 5.

What is meant by pro-rated EL days? Is it the same as EL, i.e., 5 in my case?
