How do I come back in HR after having 8 years of experience and a break of 5 years? Can I switch to some other field like Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Salesforce, SAP?

Thank you for your reply. In continuation with the post, I did my engineering in computer science. Now, I want to switch and explore some other fields like data science or analysis. I don't want to do clerical work in HR and would like to transition to a technical field without coding.
