I need to interview my company's chairman and managing director for an in-house magazine. What questions should I ask? My focus is on what's new in the organization and what he wants from the employees to take the company forward.

Dear Juhi,
The current financial year is on the verge of closure. If we look back, for most companies, it was an "annus horribilis." So, the first question that arises is: how do both of them perceive the forthcoming financial year?
Despite the challenges faced during the lockdown last year, did employees demonstrate exemplary conduct? Are there any memorable events that can be recalled by the Chairman and MD?
The losses incurred in the current financial year need to be recouped. So, what measures do they expect to reduce backend costs? What level of involvement do they anticipate from the employees? What role can employees play in improving asset utilization?
Moreover, we are still navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic. Given that work in your industry requires contact with the general public, what precautions should employees continue to take?
Lastly, what are the expansion plans for the company?
These are some suggestions I, as an outsider, could offer.
All the best!
