Hi guys, this is Kathy. I am a new mom. I have completed my BCA and MBA in HR, and I have 6 years of working experience in the HR field as a Recruiter & Generalist. Currently, I am on a one-year break due to maternity leave and am considering a career change from HR to the teaching side, specifically in a university or college as a professor or teaching assistant. Can anyone suggest which course would be helpful for me—an M.Phil in HR or pursuing a B.Ed (if I choose B.Ed, should it be based on my UG course)?
I would appreciate any recommendations on which course would better prepare me for a teaching role in a university or college.
Thank you all for your time and support.

Talk to the universities and colleges you are interested in and find out their requirements—direct from the horse's mouth, as it were. They will be the final arbiters on recruitment requirements, not CiteHR members.

Changes in Education Policy
As per the new Education Policy, there is no M.Phil now. After completing your post-graduation, you have to pursue a Ph.D., for which you will need to qualify in an All India examination, such as the National Eligibility Test for Lectureship (NET) conducted by NTA. A B.Ed. degree will qualify you for teaching in schools.
