My last working day with my previous organization was the 31st of March 2019, and my joining date for the next organization was the 29th of March 2019. Due to a miscommunication, there was an overlap of 3 days. However, my previous organization accepted the issue and allowed me to join on the 29th of March. With their consent, I joined, and everything went smoothly.

Now, I recently got a third job. When I send them the documents showing that my last working day and joining date overlapped, will they create any problems?

Why did you join on 29th March 2019 when your last date was 31st March 2019? Did you leave the company on the 28th without serving the notice period effectively up to 31st March 2019? Does this mean you received a salary for the 29th, 30th, and 31st at both places?
