If I am taking one day leave (LoP) how its going to effect my salary? Gross Annual Salary / 365?

Dear Sudheesh, if you take one day of leave without pay (LoP), it should be calculated based on the total days of the particular month only. This means your monthly gross salary needs to be divided by the actual number of days in that month—whether it be 28, 29, 30, or 31—to calculate the deduction for one day of LoP.
