We are a private third-party firm. The main party is planning to change a contract policy regarding our 13 paid holidays. They calculated the paid holiday amount without including the PF amount. However, we also provide PF/ESI on paid holidays for employees. Is there any Government Act in India or West Bengal that allows for changes to our agreement?

Statutorily speaking, what you are practicing currently is very good. PF/ESI shall be applicable for wages/salary earned by an employee on National/Festival holidays and weekly-off day.
