I am Rajesh. I joined a PF trust-based organization in September 2010. I resigned from that organization in March 2020. My resignation has been approved, but due to the non-submission of complete details, they are holding my PF account. How many days can they hold it? Can I withdraw it without their intervention? Kindly suggest me.

From your post, it is presumed that you have not completed exit formalities/handing over charge. It also appears your resignation has been accepted. Have you been relieved from service? We are not sure if your EPF account is held by EPFO/Trust. Please complete leaving formalities. You have also not furnished reasons for not completing formalities subsequent to resignation.
