If one experienced employee is having a recent employment gap and is looking for a job, do employers/recruitment consultants consider such a resume, even if the concerned employee has over 10 years of experience? We have seen that many positions are filled through references.
From India
The prospective candidate should have satisfactory justification for this gap. If the candidate is well-experienced and if the gap is less than one year, his CV shall definitely be considered by recruiters/ employers.
