Each month, I find a different pattern in the salary slip. In all three months, I was present all days. Can someone guide me urgently? There are different HRAs every month, sometimes miscellaneous allowance is added, sometimes not, resulting in a different in-hand amount each month. Please share the salary slip calculation in an Excel sheet based on present days. (For the employee, not HR). All expert HR personnel, please help me in the above scenarios.

It appears from your submission that your organization, like many others, has restructured the remuneration pattern based on the Supreme Court Verdict of February 2019. This is the reason for the different patterns of pay slips in different months. Your organization should communicate this to the employees before implementation. Even in your restructured remuneration, there are three components, one of which is a Statutory Bonus of 1800/- per month. This seems unusual, as the statutory bonus (under the Payment of Bonus Act) is typically paid annually. Instead, there may be two components: Basic and HRA.
