Dear All,
I have a question about centralized bank employees' leave policy. Is the employee eligible for sick leave during his/her probationary period? What is the procedure for applying for sick leave? Please describe.
Regards,
Manu

Hi Manu,
Sick leave should always be applied with the support of a relevant medical certificate. However, if the policy of your bank does not allow sick leave during the probation period, there is nothing that can be done. There is a possibility of both yes and no. For genuine sickness, especially when supported by a medical certificate, I don't think your rule would say no.
