Is there any online method to register complaint for maternity benefits to Labour commissioner? Because currently am settled in native town from my work place Chennai.

No. Please approach the laboir commissioner with all supporting documents at the labour office to which ur company is associated with at the earliest.

As of now, no online method to register a complaint for maternity benefits with the Labour Commissioner has been introduced. Hence, you have to approach the Labour Commissioner of the area of your office. You can also send your claim with all supporting documents to the Labour Commissioner by Speed Post A/D or Registered Post with A/D and subsequently follow up in person.
