Hi, I am a Masters student at SNDT Women's University, Mumbai, pursuing my M.Sc. in Ergonomics and Resource Management. I am currently working as an intern. Under the internship, I am conducting a research project on Ergonomic Workplace Assessment. I have designed a questionnaire for HR/Admin managers to gain insight into their assessment of workplace ergonomics within their organization.

The questionnaire aims to understand how workplace ergonomics impact employee concerns regarding physical ailments, educate employees on maintaining good posture, highlight the features of office furniture that facilitate ease of use, and assess how current ergonomic designs affect employee productivity. Ergonomics plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of any organization.
