This is with regards to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment differences. I am going to study this topic in depth. Most organizations use the term "Recruitment & Selection," while some companies use Talent Acquisition. I would like to understand exactly what the difference is. If anyone can share details on this topic, it would be greatly appreciated.

Some of the terms are more modern and contemporary. Filing is the old name for documentation control. Recruitment is the old term for talent acquisition, salary administration is for compensation & benefits, and so on. The terminologies are new but the function is the same, unless somebody more brainy can teach me!
