Can an Employee Opt Out of the EPF Scheme Without Quitting the Company? How Does It Work?

Hello, Please tell me the process if employee want to discontinue from EPF scheme without leaving from organization? There salary is more than 15000. Looking for your response.

Dear Mr. Ghosh,

Once the member has joined the EPF scheme by filling Form 11 and the employer has also accepted the same, he cannot leave the scheme until retirement. This is only a one-way traffic for in. No way out without retirement.
