Hello everyone, we are a Chinese-based company. Here, they haven't given us all the necessary leaves for the employees. They have provided one 10-hour leave per month and no sick leave. Moreover, there are no particular policies being followed.
Apart from this, the company has suddenly shifted all the employees from office space to a house, where they have asked most of them to work from home. Now, all of a sudden, they say there is no need to come from next month. They are not giving any prior notice about anything.
This is a type of mental torture for employees. Can you please advise on what steps I should take? It's urgent, and I have no time to let the truth out.

Steps to Verify Company Registration
First, you want to check whether the company is registered or not. If it is registered, then determine what category your company falls under: is it a factory or a shop? Do you have the offer letter, company ID card, and the last 3 months' pay slips with you? If you have all the necessary documents, you can approach the labor office for further clarification. Before proceeding, check the company's registered area circle and meet with the specific circle inspector to get assistance. Without any proof or documentation, you can't proceed further.
