Labor License is in the name of one company, and they sublet their entire contract to another contractor. All statutory documents are prepared and submitted by that other contractor. However, now the principal employer is not ready to take on those compliances as they demand that the statutory compliances must be submitted by the company to whom they have issued the labor license.
