HI All, Please let me know any act or laws for non paying Pf for Casual,MT,Get and apprentices. VARMA M J

Hi,

There is no such act for casual workers. In the case of students, such as apprentices and MTs, a stipend is paid to them which does not fall under PF or ESIC norms. The stipulated stipend is compulsory to be paid.
