Can you please tell me whether I can continue my ESIC scheme even after termination of my job, and if yes, how? I have been working with a retail organization for the past 9 years, but very soon, they are going to shut down their operations.

Hi TMS, ESI treatment can be obtained for another six months though contribution was not done. Note:Please use the same ESI no with the next employer to get all the benefits in ESI.
