Are PF and ESI Mandatory for Daily Wage Laborers? Seeking Clarity for 200 Workers

Dear all, can you please confirm that is there pf and esi is mandatory for daily wage labour near about 200 persons.

Yes it is compulsory. Employee headcount is & category is irrelevant once your establishment is covered under Both ACT.
