Hi, in which circumstances can we withdraw EPF from EPFO and after how many years? I have transferred my previous organization's PF (worked for 2 years) to the new one (already 2 years), UAN remains the same. In case of any emergency, how can I withdraw the complete PF amount? Your help is appreciated. Thanks.

Reasons for Withdrawing PF While on Duty
You can withdraw your PF only for these reasons when you are on duty:
1) You submit your resignation and serve a 60-day notice period.
2) After you retire.
3) In case of an emergency:
- Marriage (30-40% of your savings)
- Hospitality (100%)
- Education (50%)
- Housing (depending on your area)
You can withdraw the PF amount by using Form 31 (which is for Partial PF withdrawal). The time taken for PF withdrawal is a maximum of 3 weeks. For PF Forms and other PF-related queries, refer to the link: https://www.stacowiki.in/en/acts/st-...ident-fund-pf/
