PF Calculation for Short Work Days: How Does It Impact Employer Contributions?

While calculating PF for short no. of working days due to leaves , it will change employer contribution aswell

Dear Shefali,

The employer contribution is always the same as the employee contribution. Thus, the amount of 12% which was deducted from the employee will be provided by the employer as well.
