Hello everyone.

We want to work on a project on bringing intrinsic motivational culture within the organization. Ours is a KPO with 500 employees. We would appreciate if someone working on a similar project can help us with this in terms of how to take the project ahead.

Before taking on this project, you need to identify how many employees are intrinsically motivated and how many are extrinsically motivated. What if a person is motivated by extrinsic factors, but the culture supports intrinsic motivation? Will they become demotivated? This mismatch between an individual's personality and the organization's culture, could it lead to attrition? You need to conduct this risk assessment.
