Hello all, my name is Radha Pathak, located in Vadodara, Gujarat. I just started my job in the HR & Admin department at an Electrical Motors Manufacturing Company. Here, we have only 10 staff members, with another 5 members on a contract basis, as well as 2 security guards.

Should I maintain manual registers or use Tally software?

I am wondering if I should maintain all registers manually or if I can use the Tally software we have in place. Is it compulsory to maintain manual registers? I would appreciate any suggestions you can provide.

Thanks & Regards,
Radha Pathak

There is no compulsion to maintain all registers manually, you can give computer records too.

Proper systems should be place for retrieval of Computerized records in case of Loss of data.Hence, periodically copy data as backup in HDD
