Greetings of the day, everyone. This is the increment period in my company, and we have very good resources that we don't want to leave the company for the next 1-2 years. We are providing them with increments as per their expectations. From some sources, we got to know that a few of them are looking for a job change.

Seeking Solutions for Employee Retention

Now, please help me with a solution to this situation. Can I add a few other lines in their increment letter for their long-term employment, or is there any other solution for this?

You can add some of the portion of increment with a clause the amount will be paid only after completion of this 3/6/9/12 month of service as per your requirement.
