Dear Seniors,

Kindly guide me on the mandatory Labour laws Registers for a startup company under Shops & Establishment. Which Registers need to be maintained under labor law? My company is a tour & travels company, with 40 employees including admin staff.

I will start implementing the Anti-Sexual Harassment policy in April. Is there any register to maintain for the Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy for inspection?

What is the best medical company policy for those who are not covered under ESIC?

Since you have employed/deployed around 40 employees, you will be covered under all labor laws and statutory compliance, including PF and ESI. There is no legal definition of "startup" under labor laws, but some benefits are given to companies under the scheme in relation to statutory compliance.

Since you are a decent-sized company, it is advisable to consult/hire an expert to get the details.
