Sir,
The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) today raised the monthly wage limit to Rs 21,000 from the existing Rs 15,000 for coverage when it's going to be implemented. Currently, I'm working in the private sector, and I'm getting a salary above Rs 15,000 in my organization. Now, whether ESI is compulsory or optional because they are not paying Provident Fund. Is it possible to be eligible for PF and ESI or only for ESI? Please give me a solution.
Thank you
