Hi All, We are starting an initiative for a "Wellness Program" for our Pune office employees. The headcount is around 65. Many corporations are already implementing this program, but we would like to have a customized version. We have the following questions and would appreciate your experienced and valuable inputs to move this forward:

1. What budget should we allocate per employee in terms of spending?

2. What activities should be included in the program?

3. Will the company we choose for the wellness program charge us for portal use (for HR and Employee portals)? If yes, what is the approximate cost?

4. Do they also charge for the management of different activities and analytics (post health check-ups)? If yes, what is the approximate cost?

5. How can we keep employees motivated throughout the year to ensure active participation in the wellness program?

If you are unable to answer all the questions but can provide insights on some, please feel free to share the information you have. Your input will be greatly appreciated.
