Respected sir, after joining the company i have not received any confirmation letter till date.62 emails have been sent in this regard but i couldn’t get any sound from my all boss side, Due to conformation latter ,reject the my daughter class UKG (session-2016-2017) admission. one year is totally loss her educational life. and due to conformation latter bank stop the home lone. and same issue is my mother health condition is not good, i am single mail person in our house, regarding ESI CARD many more time i mail the company . but sorry to inform to you sir no positive answer from our company. Sir certain amount is deducted as ESI from my salary as regular basis, but the ESI CARD has not issued till now..

To get an ESIC card, you have to submit the following documents:
- Aadhar card copy of yourself and your family members
- Nominee details
- Bank account details with IFSC code and BSR code
Please provide the same information to your HR. I hope they can issue you the TIC/e-pahchan card at the earliest.
