Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working as HR & Admin in a leading company. One of our employees joined our organization 10 months ago, and we have been deducting and paying ESI to the department. We are planning to let the employee go since there is no project currently. During these 10 months, he has not utilized any services. Is there a way to recover the money or could you please provide information on the procedure for this situation?

Hi Bhargavi Any amount paid to ESI you can’t claim with out any reason. It is only medical & sickness benefits only
