Hi, I'm also doing the continuous assessment on Attitude Evaluation at the workplace in my organization. I divided my evaluation into 5 categories: Beneficial, Acceptable, Neutral, Unsatisfactory, Disruptive. However, typically in books and theories, they only mention 3 types of attitudes: Positive, Neutral, Negative.
