Dear Sir,
Your efforts are commendable in making people aware of common interview errors. It would have been even more commendable if proper credit had been given to the original writer of the article. We all utilize the internet for articles and ideas, but we should also express gratitude to the author.

Dear Anonymous,
Your advice, by keeping yourself anonymous, has no relevance. However, thanks for your observation. Please note, the article has been attached for the general awareness of the needy people who grope in the dark and face frequent failure due to their ignorance about what is essential in their interview incidents to take care of. For your information, I have not tried to take any credit by posing as its author. The persons who benefit from the article are obliged to thank the author, including yourself, if that is considered beneficial to you as well. As for my thanks to him, I wonder if you have assumed without knowing whether I would have thanked him or not, regardless of the fact that the article has no use for me at the age of 75. Moreover, I hope you can appreciate that I am not liable to report to you whether I have thanked someone or not.
I also hope that you can realize that along with your post, you have done nothing except to post the link for downloading the article to serve the same purpose, which I did, not any link to thank the author. Of course, it is easy to criticize a person who tries to help others than to do any extra constructive service to supplement the benefit for the masses!

Dear Mr. Dhingra and Anonymous,
If I see it my way, you both are right. Mr. Dhingra, in general, wants to help people in his own way, and Anonymous is also feeling it right at one point.
After looking at both articles, what I make out is that the newly posted PDF file has been altered, and the logo of the original company and its name have been changed to new. It is freely available on the site to download, so there should be no reason to change the logos in the header and footer.
Well, no debate ever ends with both parties winning. :-)
Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing useful information for interviewees. I will reference some interviewer models and methods that you should follow in each case. When you identify goals and appropriate responses, the fear of whether you will pass the interview or not will quickly disappear.
There are four typical styles of interviews:
1. Cold interview style
2. Investigation interview style
3. Intimidation interview style
4. Superficial interview style
