Dear Nagzz....
If you get a consolidated salary without deduction, that means that you are not on the payroll of the organization.
You can state this very clear in your interviews. You can say that I came to know about this only when I joined the organization.
Make sure that your words speak for your actions in the interview and they don't ask for any proof of your working there.
All the Best...

Dear Friend,
Greetings!
I too agree vth Mr PEER. You can take Salary Certificate from ur company.
In future, you can ask ur concern to deposit the salary in the bank, so that u can show the bank statement for your salary certificate.

No friends,

I can understand nagzz situation.,,

You tell very easily that ask employer for certificate, ask employer to deposit salary in bank.

But the person who interviews nagzz probably doesnt know and is Ignorant fool, who is adamant on payslip, even when told by nagzz that he is being paid in cash. There are some circumstances wherein lots of who work without proper payslip and deductions, that does not mean they should be asked for payslip. The person who takes interview should be sensible enough to judge whether the candidate is telling the truth or not , rather than depend on a piece of paper,

Nagzz these ignorant fools dont know why people like you and many others are paid in cash, without any written records. I dont hesitate to call them Ignorant FOOLS..

They should rather concentrate on your education and skills rather than being interested in your payslips. Better do bluntly reply these interview takes right in their face.

Many people are there who will consider your education and skills and pay you a good eligibile amount, with payslip and all, but for all those

we need to wait,, which even im waiting now..
