As you know, the Industrial DA with effect from 01.01.2016 for the 2007 and 1997 scales are 112.4% and 258.6% respectively. With the release of the All India Consumer Price Index for the months of December 2015 and January 2016, the projected Industrial DA with effect from 01.04.2016 will be 112.9% (an increase of 0.5%) and 259.4% (an increase of 0.8%) respectively.
Note: AICPI for February 2016 has yet to come. The final figure may vary accordingly.
