Hi,
Due to low performance, I got fired from an Indian MNC after working there for 3 months. I'm totally confused now. When applying to new companies, should I mention this experience or not? If not, how can they track that I have worked for the company? What about my PF account? Can they track my employment from the UAN or PF number?
Please help me. I'm at an initial stage and don't know what to do now. Please help me.

You need not mention this experience in your resume as it will lead to the obvious question as to why you left this job.
No one has that much time to track all this information. Just go ahead and apply to new companies and give it your best shot.

Since you worked as a trainee for only 3 months, did the employer deduct PF? If so, they would have created a PF account for you, and the money deducted, along with the employer's contribution, would have been remitted. If in the new employment, you do not want to show this, then the PF money, you will have to forego.

@bmktts, I have a PF account, and they have deducted from my salary. I don't want the PF amount. Can I have a new PF account? Can I terminate the old account so that no one will ever know that I worked before? What about the UAN number? I don't know my UAN number; I am not even sure if it has been generated or not. Please let me know what I should do to start anew.
