Hello Everyone,
I have a query as I was employed in a company with more than 20 employees. The company can deduct Provident Fund from my salary. Now, at this time, I have left the job and asked the company for my P.F. amount back. The company replied that they are not responsible and I should directly contact EPFO for my amount to be returned.
What can I do to get back my Provident Fund money without help from my previous employer? I want the money to be deposited directly into my bank account.
Please advise.

Dear Mayur,
First, you can get Form 19 and Form 10C, fill them out yourself, and then go to your previous employer to get their signature. After that, you can submit the forms to the local EPF office. In about 15 to 20 days, you will receive the money in your account.
