Hi Sir,
I have been working with a limited company that has more than 1000 employees for the past four years. However, my PF amount has not been deducted. I have already requested and emailed HR Department and Account Department multiple times, but no one has responded. While PF is deducted for most employees, it has not been done in my case. What should I do? Please provide me with your valuable legal suggestions.
Thanks

Employment Concerns: PF Deduction and Termination Notice
I have been working with a Limited Company since May 11, 2011, up to the present date, which is nearly about 4 years and 2 months. However, my HR manager hasn't deducted my PF amount. I have already requested through mail, verbally, and through chats many times regarding this to both the HR Department and the Account Department, but no one is responding. Although it is a Limited Organization with nearly 10,000 employees globally, PF is deducted for most employees.
I am about to be eligible for gratuity in 10 months, but my manager has verbally given me a one-month termination notice (I haven't received any mail regarding this yet). Additionally, my annual appraisal has been stopped for the past two months with allegations of low performance and attitude, despite my performance being equal to or even higher than that of my colleagues.
What should I do? Please provide me with your valuable legal suggestions.
I would be highly thankful to you.
Regards
