please let me know the esi exemptions in Kerala.If we have some employees those who don’t want to use the esi benefits,is there any exemptions like that.

The current ESIC exemption limit is ₹15,000 Gross. As per your state's rule, if any organization has 10 or more employees and if any of the employees' salary is less than ₹15,000 gross salary, ESIC is applicable. According to the ESIC Act, the employee or employer cannot deny the benefits of the social benefit scheme.
