I received an offer letter from HCL as a Product Support Engineer and joined one month ago. I had indicated 3 years of experience in that role. I am curious about how the background verification process at HCL works. Will there be any background verification done by the client? I am a little worried because I do not have genuine experience documents. Despite that concern, I am enjoying the bench period.
