Respected seniors! I am working in a private company, and I am going to complete 10 years very soon. I am also a member of the PF community. So, my question is, if I complete my 10 years with this company and then leave, is it possible to withdraw my full PF and Pension fund from the PF office? I want to know if there have been any amendments in the pension policy that prevent one from withdrawing after completing 10 years, or if anyone can choose to withdraw the full amount and opt out of the pension facility.

Those who complete 10 years of service in PF/EPS will be eligible for a pension. (9 years and 6 months will be rounded up to 10 years). In such cases, withdrawal is not possible. If the service is below 9 years and 6 months, the member is not eligible for a pension, but a one-time withdrawal is possible.
