Positivity is Inside You
When everyone is complaining about you, just ignore them and do your work in your own way. Remember to be a bit diplomatic. Never directly say no to your co-workers; instead, express whether you would like to do the work or not. Always maintain a big smile on your face. This will make your colleagues wonder why you are not upset by their behavior. Be polite, happy, and, most importantly, be yourself. Always think, "I am right, and I am doing the right thing."
