I joined a reputed company 6 months ago. I have recently received the confirmation letter after completing my 6-month probation period. I would like to know if I am eligible for a salary increment or if it varies from company to company. I work for a reputable organization and have performed excellently, but so far, only the confirmation letter has been provided. Please guide me on this matter.

Company Decision on Increments
The company has to make a decision on increments. 'Confirmation' has nothing to do with it. Every company has an appraisal cycle, and only at the end of the cycle does the salary revision take place. Again, the company is under no obligation to increase your salary after one year, regardless of your performance and rating.
