Hi dears, I need to be aware of a good motivation program to conduct for newly recruited employees and existing employees in my organization, a tea exporting company. Most of our employees lack a sound education, so the motivation program should be tailored to their knowledge level. Additionally, I aim to reduce employee turnover in the company through this program. Kindly advise me on this matter.

An outbound training program would help. Hire a resort on the outskirts of a city and conduct simple English course with them. Train on them on communication skills and email writing manner.
