Hi, I have joined a company as a HR & the company have no policy regarding leave since its a small IT company, so I need to frame leave policy for the organization, plz help. thanks, Nilesh

Please follow the simple structure outlined below:

1. Provide CL-12 every year.
2. SL-6 leaves in total provided yearly, totaling 18 leaves annually, along with 8 compulsory public holidays.
3. Maternity leave - 84 days for completion of 240 days of working in the preceding year (with full wages).
