Facing Job Challenges as a Transgender Professional in Tech: Any Advice or Solutions?

I am from Kerala, and my name is Anubose Umesg. I am a postgraduate in mathematics and have 1 year of experience in ASP.NET. However, as a transgender individual, I am facing challenges in securing a job. What can I do? Do you have any solutions?

You should apply to IT companies that are EOE, which implies equal opportunity employers. They make employment decisions strictly based on merit or credentials. Wish you luck with that! 
