Hi seniors, I work in a general insurance company as an off-role employee in a Banca Channel with an MNC bank. I want to join the bank and have appeared for the interview and cleared the same. They are asking for an NOC for further processing. They mentioned there is a poaching agreement. Does the poaching agreement apply to me as I am an off-role employee?

Understanding Anti-Poaching Agreements for Off-Roll Employees
Generally, anti-poaching agreements do not apply to off-roll employees. You need to refer to the specific agreement if available. If the company gives you an offer letter with an extended date, you can resign from your current employer and, if possible, join the new employer after a gap.
