I have a query about bonus calculation. If any employee's fixed basic is Rs. 5000 per month, then I have calculated as shown below:

Bonus Calculation Table

Month | Fixed Basic | Attendance | Basic as per Attendance | Basic For Bonus | Bonus 8.33%
---|---|---|---|---|---
May | 5000 | 26 | 5000 | 3500 | 292
June | 5000 | 15 | 2885 | 2885 | 240

However, some companies calculate the bonus differently for June:

Alternative Bonus Calculation for June

Bonus => July => (3500/26) x 15 (attendance) = 2019 * 8.33% = 168

Which one is the correct calculation for the June month bonus?
