You need to first have both the addresses (Permanent and Temporary) of the candidate (office boys) with their date of birth and father's name. After the details are noted, you can select any or both of the following ways to proceed:
1. **Local Police Check:** This check will help you understand if the candidate was arrested at the police station in his area of stay. To process this, you can send your field agent with the candidate's consent form and a letter of purpose on your letterhead, detailing the candidate's address and other information.
2. **Contacting the City Commissioner's Office:** You can also contact the city commissioner's office, where you need to follow certain formalities for the search, and a small fee is applicable. This process takes 15-30 days to get the status. There are a few other levels for more extensive searches.
