Hi all, please let me know (from the employer's perspective):

1. Is the labor welfare fund in Haryana paid annually, quarterly, or monthly?
2. Where in Gurgaon is the labor welfare fund deposited, by which mode, and to whom?
3. Are there any documentation requirements before starting to deposit the labor welfare fund?

Labor Welfare Fund Payment in Haryana

The Labor Welfare Fund is paid based on the calendar year, i.e., from January to December. It is to be paid in the following January. This fund is sent to the Welfare Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh, even through a cheque drawn in favor of the Welfare Commissioner, Haryana. Only details of employees month-wise on the letterhead are to be sent with the payment. Please note that all persons whose salary/wages are booked are to be covered. Employees' contribution is Rs. 10 per month, and double of it is the management's share, i.e., in all Rs. 30 per employee per month are to be deposited by 31st January next.
